"Not good, sensor was defective, we had leaks in the main valve; which water company checked out, and it was not thru their system, but the irrgation system. Owner did not return our messages on his emergency number for 2 or 3 days. Never called before coming so we could be home to open garage door, or never showed up when he said he would. We had to bypass the system to have the sprinkler system work, because the sensor didn't work. Did not assist us for problems after he got paid."
