I am still working with them. I am still working on the budget. They have been very responsive. They have been attentive and easy to work with. The work is not done yet. They are always available to answer questions and they keep me informed of the progress that they make. They were prompt with the quote.

I tried repeatedly, even went to office in Providence Forge, to get Revere out to my new house to give us an estimate on putting in a tank and getting gas service. After a couple of weeks I finally got a call from them and scheduled someone to come out for the estimate. The salesman came out and inspected everything and gold me what needed to be done. So I signed an application and he said the office would be calling me to set things up. I never heard from anyone so I called Woodfin and they stepped up to the plate.

Revere Gas and Appliance always leave a pre-invoice before they send the real invoice. I like the fact that you can pay online. When you call them, their service is very professional and friendly. If you have an emergency and you have been a client, they will give you some priority. They are a little bit pricey but their service is good.

They did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. The LP tank installation team worked well with me on taking care to minimize any damage to my lawn or irrigation system. They even came to my office to coordinate the work and to obtain my authorization to proceed. Very professional.

The three men who came over did a great job putting in our tank. They were pleasant, took their shoes off b/f they came into the house, and took lots of time to patiently answer my questions about how to use the system. They also took a look at our gas logs and found that they had been improperly installed, so they fixed them. The customer service at Revere Gas is great and they were prompt and professional.
