Every time you call, they will send one cleaning crew for 180$, but the answer from them was that the pool will be better after a few days. After a few days, the pool is green, and you call again, and they will say our pool needs multiple cleanings, and they will do various cleanings and send various invoices. When cleaning, they say the pool will improve in a few days. After a few days, if you call to ask why the pool is green, they will say it's one more service. This pool was reconstructed, and the same company did the plumbing and machines. Please be careful when hiring this company complete rip-off. After ripping off, they will say customers do not know anything about the pool. This is the value they will give to the customer who paid around 80k "

"Mike and team from Hawaiian Pool and Spa recently replaced my inground pool liner. They did a great job and stuck with the project until completed. I had some additional issues that pop up (failed pump and leaky light) which they also fixed. Would recommend and use them again."

"The smart company manager Yavor made an excellent job. He knows everything about pools and the latest technological development of this industry. On the top of this he knows all needy greedy details about pool constructions and could make himself practically any part of this job. This allows him to have a subcontractors who really know their specific job. He also explain us all the special details about the pool - because we did not know anything about it. It is real pleasure to work with him and he is very responsive and attentive to client need. The praise of the swimming pool construction we got from Yavor (Smart Co) was 40% less then from any other big company interviewed on this topic. I was worry initially that we will later have some additional payments coming up alone. But this did not happened and he keep the construction within an initial budget. In addition, I have checked on internet that all equipment he installed us - engines, filter, water purification, pump, etc. are on upper praise edge.... The relatively low praise of pool construction did not come as a result of some equipment cheating but as a result of well organized management and deep knowledge of the pool equipment market. It took time to build the pool with all VA and Fairfax country permits and weather conditions but final project look great and worth all the money and efforts. We strongly recommend Smart management group if you want to have a swimming pool."

"I just had my pool resurfaced by Millennium Pools with Pebblestone. Yan Larenas ((Project Manager) and Elmer Lopez (Superintendent) have been outstanding. They are both very nice, patient (especially since I?m a worrywart), knowledgeable, communicative, organized, and conscientious. At least one of them was here each day of the project to ensure that I was pleased and to personally take care of any items that may have been overlooked by the crews. They are rare individuals who care about their customers and have pride in the work done. I was informed every step of the way and there were no surprises. I have a gorgeous pool now and it went so smoothly, without stress due to Yan and Elmer. I can?t overemphasize how impressed I am with them and how happy I am with my new pool. "I have had Stagnum Construction maintain my larger size pool on a weekly basis since the summer of 2021. They recently moved my pool equipment due to the construction of an addition and also added a pool heater. They also poured a concrete walkway and pool equipment pad. The owner, Jay, was always willing to meet with me and my construction folks often on short notice to verify pool conduits and discuss mutual issues during excavation and construction of the addition. The above work was extremely professional. Jay, is very personable and friendly and responsive to issues as they arise. His team is very hard working and dedicated. It is hard to find a personal touch much these days but a pleasure to have his company maintain my pool and help with concrete work. I highly recommend without reservation!"
