From start to finish, Team member, John, demonstrated professionalism, skill, and attention to detail. John handled the demolition and removal of the tub efficiently, keeping the area clean everyday and minimizing disruption. The new walk-in shower was installed with excellent craftsmanship — the walls, shower tray, and fixtures are high-quality, and the overall job turned out exactly as we had hoped. Also, what impressed us was Don’s follow-through on the punch list. The few items we brought up — no matter how small — were addressed promptly and thoroughly. From the first time we sat done with Shane Durie, to the installation, to the time it was switched on. They were very polite, professional, knowledgeable and respectful of our property. "Travis and helpers have been the best handymen crew I've used in recent memory. His work is of the highest quality, he's right on time every day and works a full day if necessary, sometimes longer, his work is very reasonably priced, he uses the best materials, and, perhaps best of all, he's honest. He recently did a whole house painting for me, and it turned out to be an exceptional job. We agreed on one coat of paint overall, but in lots of places he put on 2 or 3 coats at no extra cost, we agreed on a limited, specifically identified amount of wood trim replacement, he replaced significantly more wood trim and didn't ask any extra. Lots of 2 story ladder work painting about 25 feet up and he didn't charge extra. He also replaced a wood deck for me and the quality of that work was outstanding. On top of all that he's easy to communicate with, respectful and courteous. As far as I'm concerned, he's the best!"
