Best mailbox repairers near Floyd, VA

"First of all, I love the final product. I initially selected Tosh because Thomas said he'd done this type of project before. However, he didn't talk to me about changes in the supplies and money charges along the way. He hit me with a lot of additional money on the last day, that was way over the estimate he gave me. After we settled on the final bill and he said he would send me an invoice marked paid in full, he contacted me the next day and asked for even more money for additional charges. With the dimensions and diagram I gave him at the start, I feel he had enough information to accurately predict the supplies he would need and include that in the estimate. I would have gladly worked with him on making modifications to stay within my budget if he would have only asked me. Very disappointed in that aspect of this project."

"They quoted a reasonable price and did a great (and quick) job cleaning out the gutters and installing leafs guards."

"I reached out to this company after getting in over my head on a diy project as a home owner. I replaced some fittings and could not get a connection to stop leaking (bad threads). Matt showed up to address the problem for me. He already had a good idea of how to fix it from our phone call and came with the necessary parts. He was able to fix it in the matter of a few minutes. His character was top notch as well, very polite and genuine. He made me feel confident so I showed him another small issue with my drain and he was able to solve that in seconds for me. The value was the best part of all of this. He solved a big headache of mine for a price larger companies wouldn't even show up for. Hire with confidence."

"Got the job done! He went above and beyond!"
