Cenvar Roofing

Had my roof replaced recently and couldn't be happier with the results. Cenvar not only did a great job but got the job done quickly and efficiently and at a fair price. I would really like to acknowledge Matthew. He was wonderful throughout the entire job. He kept me informed of every detail. He also educated me on roofing! I had no idea what to expect or that I would have so many questions about the process. He answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease. I appreciate his patience and kindness. I have used Cenvar for 2 projects, (roof and gutters) and will not hesitate to call again if I need anything else in the future. Cenvar was very helpful in answering our questions and hearing our concerns throughout the process of our roof replacement. They communicated well to set expectations up front and were able to help us find flashing colors that worked for our home. The installation crew worked hard in very hot conditions, and they finished the whole job in a day and a half—even sending back a quality control staff the following day to make sure the flashing details met their standards and that our expectations were also met. My 3-story house was built in 1910. I think the tin roof that was on it was original. 15 years ago, I had it patched and painted. But my half steps and no steps were insufficient. From TV ads I first contacted Cenvar about replacing. Tyler was very good in responding to me and then estimating a cost and sharing the thoroughness of Cenvar. All good but I was shocked by the cost. I said thanks but no thanks. But then I got other quotes and well the Cenvar price was $8,000 less. Hey Tyler, you still there? price unchanged? The time scheduled for the work was pretty quick 3 weeks. Zack was the job lead and was very attentive. My roof is a challenge: 5 dormers, 5 chimneys, on 4 rising triangles. I did not replace the tin. (I'm 77 so don't need a 40-year solution) The crew arrived a little before 7, had a stop for lunch, then worked a little past 7 pm. in that time they had removed the tin, cut and nailed down the wood, and completely shingled the roof. The next day they did the detail work on dormers, chimneys, and edging. They cleaned up and left by 5. The entire process was stress free though when i sought to debit the payment i was advised there was a 3% fee. So i am planning to drive to Troy. But my evaluation of the roofing is a 5 plus.

Cenvar provided exceptional service from the beginning to end. The assessment was thorough including the use of drone. The estimate lay down everything in details. The materials were explained clearly, and even financing was fast and helpful. The crew was very responsive to the request on site. They came at 630 am and left at 7, 730 pm. Not only did they do an exceptional job putting the new roof on but they cleaned everything off. Zac, the supervisor was on site to provide the crew clear instruction. He was knowledgeable and answered all questions I had. I would recommend them to friends and neighbors.
