Best plumbers near Ferrum, VA

"

It went well and the job was thorough.  To prepare the original cost estimate, I met Ruckersville Roto Rooter's Robert Watson at the home and we discussed the project and his recommendations.  Afterward, Mr. Watson called and we discussed how it went, and he even went back to the property after our conversation and put an additive in the distribution box to r***** future root growth, advising me what to buy and how often to apply it, myself, in the future.

I was very impressed by the professionalism of both Mr. Watson and Kelley at the office, who answers the phone and helped set up the appointment for estimate, and followed up with the video, and I am very appreciative of their responsiveness.  I will definitely hire Ruckersville Roto Rooter for future plumbing needs.

"Great - Troy and Hunter were very professional. They cleaned up after themselves which was a big deal. This was not an easy install. The Water Softener that was installed was top quality. We have to work through a service contract for the upkeep and maintenance which was surprisingly very expensive. Like I said though - this was not your average Water Softener System and the original plumber had no clue about Water Softeners when the house was built. Wisler is unique in our area as they cover both HVAC and Plumbing. Previously we were working with 3 different companies to handle our HVAC and Plumbing needs. Reducing it to one does have value. Softener + New Filter to Front End Sediment + Services to Install was $7700. Maintenance contract I am told is $500 which was a bit of a shock but we are working through that."

"Dagen and Jaden arrived as expected, they were polite, thoughtful, explain what they were going to do, gave me a timeline of what was going to happen during the day, so that I could plan. I was working in another part of the house, and they encouraged me to check in anytime I wanted. Which I did. The work was excellent, everything was precisely installed. They cleaned up afterwards and left me with a beautiful new shower. The entire job from removal of a 25-year-old acrylic, tub, shower to the install of a new acrylic, shower and plumbing took about six hours. It was so nice to have an experienced team here who knew exactly what they were doing and did it efficiently with minimal disruption. I could not have asked for a better experience."

"They were efficient and replacing my leaking outdoor faucet and most reasonably priced would recommend their services"

"Very happy with my new Liberation walkin tub.I also love the special toilet. They also installed a sink/vanity for me. I recommend them if you want quality work."

"We recently bought a house and knew we needed some basement waterproofing. We went to Sure Dri because of the Angie's List reviews. And Keith Martin and his staff were great! Keith was very responsive if I had any concerns or questions. He walked me through the process and seemed to genuinely want to make sure what my options were before deciding on an interior French drain. His staff were very fast & professional (& kept the work area super clean). They even cemented an old drain to secure it and move the new sump pump to a new location with no extra charge. He guarantees his work and I highly recommend Sure Dri."

They were very professional and courteous from the rep they sent to assess the situation to the very efficient appointment updates as to when they would start the job.
