"CHW was very responsive to my claim (swimming pool circulation pump failed). However, CHW was unable to find a local service provider. After 10 days, my pool was experiencing an algae bloom and I needed to do something quickly. I found a service provider who fixed the pump (bad capacitor) for $50...just a few dollars more than the $45 that would have been out of pocket for a CHW agent to fix the pump."

"I have not had any issues from AHS. One company too hastily glued our pool plumbing without letting it dry enough, in which it leaked, draining our entire pool in the process...after going back, I had to give AHS a rating of "B" due to them not helping us with the fees for re-filling the pool after one of their contractors caused the issue. In my opinion, they could have did more to force their contractor to make up for it, we have a huge pool, too much to be filling due to a cause not of ours!
