This was a USAA claim and Parker Contracting followed each detail required by our insurance company stated in a contract.   Parker also wrote out a contract according to these specific points laid out by USAA and both parties signed.  After the drywall was replaced in the ceiling of the living room near the front door where the leak had been occurring from the valley, their painters completely repainted the living room walls and ceiling so that the new paint over the drywall would match the rest of the room.  They also, as an extra, painted the front doors and hallway doors, as well as the mantelpiece which is wood. It looks great.

My only wish had been that they would have also painted the adjoining dining room ceiling and walls, as you can tell where the new paint ends on the wall which adjoins the living room and dining room.

"Mr. Foote replaced my old cabinets with new ones, added a dishwasher, fixed the ceiling in the dining area, he also turned my kitchen closet into a laundry room;. He did fabulous work; is very professional. He kept me informed of what he was going to do each day, was prompt in being at my house on time and flexible with my work schedule, of which I very much appreciative. "Not only did Jason make my day by letting me know that the cracks were a normal part of the house settling and no repairs were needed, he also took the time to show me a few other structural incidents around the house. He pointed out a few things that we could purchase on our own to keep moisture away from under the house and answered a few general questions I had about some other places in the house. When I asked the charge at the end, he said absolutely nothing. I was shocked and was incredibly impressed at the information he elected to give me about our home and that it was for no other reason than just to help me understand our house and potential things that could happen down the line. He was professional and courteous and I learned a ton (that I didn't expect to but was quite glad I did) in a matter of 15 minutes.
