"Terrible company. They are not upfront about cost of services and tack on additional fees without informing you. This is a company that is only after the money and hook you into a contract. The product is not even very effective. I have watched them perform the service via my home security system while I have been away and the yard guard is a joke. They casually apply it around the perimeter of your home, but isn't it intended to guard your entire yard? This company is a joke. Never again."

I called back to re-schedule an appointment and they came out on the next business day without calling first. When they arrived earlier than the appointment time noone asked me anything and just sprayed around. The price wasn't bad but very basic services."
