"Very well. The pipe had a pinhole leak in a copper elbow joint and required cutting the pipe, in a confined space, to drain standing water. G**** Miranda did a remarkable job repairing the pipe and an adjacent supply pipe I elected to have repaired in case its joint might leak. Workmanship was exceptional, potential mess and additional Sheetrock damage was minimized, G**** Miranda worked tirelessly for 3 hours and produced a satisfactory repair."

And, then the repair person has the stones to tell me that everyone overcharges!! Let’s start with not using Beacon!!!"

Online estimates for the work were $150-$500, thought it would be on the lower end as it was replaced before so it already had an access panel. They quoted $950!!!! I paid the $49 and consider it a lesson learned."
