The furnace was fixed within minutes but I was charged outrageously for a component to be dusted. $75 for the Service Fee and another $100 to dust off a component. Was in and out of my house in 5 mins, smh. Never again.

They were able to accomplished the task within 24 hours of being called. They were able to purchase hot water heater and a better price than what I initially gave them. They did the work. They cleaned up behind themselves. They removed the old water heater tank.

I reached out to Cousins Mechanical late on a Friday afternoon because my ac unit was not cooling properly. I spoke with Mr. Ferrell he was pleasant & did minor troubleshooting over to phone with me. Within 2 hours Mr. Ferrell had dispatched two of his engineers to my home. His engineers were knowledgeable & worked fast to get my unit back up & running. I would highly recommend hiring Cousins Mechanical for all your HVAC needs my home hasn’t been this cool in years.

I was very pleased with the service I called they called back immediately and they were able to come out in a day to repair my heat pump AC that wasn’t working. A second time during the pandemic my water heater was leaking and Home Depot ordered one but it arrived to them damaged. I called Cousins, they ordered a water heater and installed it in 3 days. Their work is neat and they clean up after they finish. I would highly recommend them,
