"Cougar Development did an excellent job creating a living space out of an addition to a home built in 1918. The drywall work was excellent as was the placing of needed electrical outlets and ceiling fan/lighting. Closet space is extremely hard to come by in our neighborhood and Cougar was able to build a 30 sq ft closet that our growing family is able to take advantage of. This room was just a storage space and is now a usable living area after Cougar was done with it. The quality of work for the price I paid was amazing! Contacted All American painting & Home repair company based on Angie's list reviews. Mr. Wayland (Eddie) arrived, gave us an estimate, took his time explained everything he was going to do and how he was going to preform the necessary work that needed to be done. We had a few set backs based on the  weather as this was all exterior work. Paula(Eddie's wife) kept us informed , excellent communication, as to when he would be arriving and when he was not. Eddie and his assistance Orval are hard workers, very detailed, very professional. Windows look brand new.

This is a family owned business, that provide outstanding service, we have referred him to our neighbor, we would not hestitate to use this company in the future. Very pleased. They are located in Front Royal Virginia just to make sure you have the right company.

"2 gentleman from Walls Construction and Handyman came out and cleaned gutters thoroughly. While there they did free roof inspection and found that 2 roof boots were cracked. They notified me and I told them to go ahead and repair them. They are one of the most outstanding companies I have ever had come out and do work on my house. Greg Maratto was very polite, experienced and just an over all joy. The office staff was also very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend using this company for any of your construction/handyman needs.
