"The provider did an excellent job. Knowing what I sent him, I could hardly believe how beautiful the refinished desk was. He stripped the desk, repaired some damage, refinished the desk, and cleaned the brass pulls. His work is absolutely fantastic.
He also picked up the desk and delivered.
I had a coupon for a $199.00 credit, but even without it I would consider his work well worth the price.
The one caveat that I have is the provider is a craftsman, not a businessman, hence the lower marks for punctuality and responsiveness. He does amazing work, but he does it on his own schedule. If you need something refinished or restored within a certain time frame, he is probably not the provider for you. But if you are interested in fine craftsmanship and can wait for it, I would recommend this provider very highly.

While CSI wasn't the cheapest on our list of home inspection and radon testing quotes, the cost was more than reasonable for the level of service that we received. Ron, our home inspector, was fantastic! He arrived early, and I don't think he could have been more thorough than he was! He was very friendly and personable, and was more than willing to answer our questions during the inspection. He went through the entire home with a fine toothed comb! He pointed out defects that he found, and explained things in detail. He also highlighted the positive things he found. Used a drone to inspect the roof and chimney, and thermal imaging to check for hidden moisture. I feel like we have an excellent idea of the condition of the property we are buying, which has done a lot in making us feel more comfortable! The report we receiced within 24 hours was professional and clearly written with appropriate photos attached.
