JJ was prompt in every aspect, he replied to my Sunday night request within minutes! He verified work I needed to be done, (installation of a new factory supplied replacement pull down screen, glass panel and lock mechanism on convertible storm door) stated he had experience with Brand of my storm door. JJ said he could come to come Monday afternoon in the time frame I was home. JJ let me know he was en route, arrived assessed the work and completed job within an hour. Jerry installed my new custom front door. He did an excellent job from helping me get set up ordering the product at Lowes to hanging it up a few weeks later. He was very good at communicating everything I needed to know. Would recommend 100%.

JJ was courteous, he came through when he said he would. He did the job. However, I found out that there was a 2 inch gap at the bottom of the door. He knew it was short, but I didn't see how short it was until I went in the garage. I called to have it fixed so pests couldn't come in under the door. When i called to ask for him to come back, he said he would come back but he never showed up and did not return my calls. My major dissatisfaction is in follow up and that the work has not been fully completed.

Within 10 minutes of requesting a quote through HomeAdvisor, Jerry called me, even though it was after hours. He came by the next day to measure and had some good recommendations. I purchased the door that same day and he picked it up next day and not only arrived when he said he would, but was done in an hour, cleaned up and took away the old door. Fast, professional and punctual. Great service and great job!
