(Our previous company had gone out of business, and they complimented the existing work.) They worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Now our water is acid free and has fewer minerals. No more white powder everywhere!"

I’m extremely happy with the purchase and installation of my new water heater. Advanced Water Systems of Coastal NC-VA impressed me at every step of the process. They provided a fair estimate, professional communication and installation, answered all my questions during the process, and cleaned up after they were done. The installation team installed a new gas shut off valve and an expansion tank, in addition to the water heater, and didn’t add on extra charges like some companies. They also insulated the pipes. I’m thankful that everything is now up to code. The plumber explained the purpose of the expansion tank, other companies didn’t even mention one. Both of the people doing the install were highly knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend Advanced Water Systems of Coastal NC-VA."

"We had been without hot water for 3 days and because we had a Bradford model we had to go through one of their certified technicians. They were 5 hours late and told me I needed a new water heater. He did mention that if I searched locally that they might be able to install a new unit less expensively, which I appreciated. I searched a few local companies and decided to go with Doby’s because of the reviews on Angi’s list. Cassie was fantastic and although it was 2:30 on a Friday afternoon, knowing that we’d been without hot water for 3 days, she was able to schedule a technician to install a new unit that day. They arrived within 30 minutes, installed a new unit, were very pleasant and efficient. I will highly recommend Doby’s to others and will use Angi’s list for all my projects going forward."

"I bought an existing home which this product was installed. I could not stand the taste or smell of the water. So I called the company and had them change out the filtering system (charcoal I believe). This cost me $450.00. After giving it some time to work(2 months). There was no change to taste or smell of the water. I turned the system off and the water is fine. So I set an appointment to which they no showed. No call or anything for communication. Its probably because I told them I want a reimbursement of 80%. So I waited 30 miniutes based on the early arrival time to confirm our appointment by text. No response. This is the way we communicated prior and by phone. Which was for 9am. I finally texted again at 5:30 pm and got a response. The manager told me his technician had arrived and nobody was home. Surprisingly, no security cameras pick the technician up on my patio or driveway or road. Not to mention no phone call either. When i texted again at 5:30pm, the manager James was not friendly and offered no resolution. Spend your money somewhere else."
