Adam and his team worked in the crawl space, which was difficult for me to get into. Adam kept me informed throughout the process and even took pictures after the job was done to show me the results. "I was extremely impressed with the very fine service I recieved from J.E.S. Foundation Repair, Salem, Va. They installed a French drain behind my house and across a portion of my yard in Oct. 2021. They were very professional and courteous from the rep they sent to assess the situation to the very efficient appointment updates as to when they would start the job. "Had difficulty nailing down date for crew to come out and install new sump pump & trench. Once we nailed it down, they arrived at said date of service and did the work quickly, efficiently, and professionally. However, they left a lot of dust and smeared mud on the floor of our basement. It took almost 4 hours to fully mop everything up and wipe everything down."
