Now we hired him again 7/19/18 to take care of the water coming into our basement. He sent out Tyrik, Corey, Nathan, Casey J;mony, Cody and Joe. We had the pleasure of meeting Nick (Sales Inspector) and Brandon, Brandon, and Jacob (Installers). We hired Master Services on 2/16/21 (work done on 2/22/21) to install a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system in our home in Greeneville, TN. Nick is a terrific salesman. He is professional and does not push any unnecessary work. Brandon, Brandon and Jacob (I believe Jacob was our installers name - sorry if not), did such a tremendous job. They worked quickly, efficiently, and made sure to keep our home free of mess. Overall we are very happy we hired Master Services and recommend them to anyone needing foundation repair."

"This job went extremely well. Michelangelo enterprises was professional, courteous, prompt, and honest. We had our job scheduled and completed within one week of purchasing the Angie's list deal. They were courteous and friendly on the phone setting up appointment. The men arrived when scheduled and the work was complete within a couple hours. We added stairs and a hallway and sitting room. The additional cost was very fair. I was aware of the $2/stair charge that was not part of the coupon and this was money well spent! In a house with 3 teenagers, 3 dogs and 3 cats, I never expected to have my carpets look new again! And they do, thanks to the fine work of Michelangelo Enterprises! Worth noting is this is a locally based company in the Northern Virginia area, so I made sure to read only prior reviews that seemed valid to this carpet cleaning company from Fairfax, Virginia."

"Wilson and his crew are amazing! They fixed an armoire door (antique French, so no hinges) when no one else was able to do so, and restored its veneer and cleaned the glass on the doors which had 200 years of mineral deposits. Next, they reupholstered a barrel chair, doing a beautiful job; it looks better than when I first bought it. Wilson has over 40 years of restoration experience with the Catholic Church in Italy and Ecuador, and it shows. He is also very personable and diligent when informing his customers of their job status. I highly recommend d them."

"Barry conducted the scan, taking a good deal of time with us.  He explained what he was seeing on his camera as we accompanied him on the scan, and took care to pay special attention to spots we were concerned about.  Barry has a lot of experience across several areas and was able to offer good advice on issues he saw.  I will implement quite a few of his suggestions, especially regarding exterior water management.  He also pointed out improvements that I could likely handle myself in order to save some money, which I appreciate.
The scan confirmed some things we knew about and identified some we did not.  Since we are planning to put in a decent amount of money and work into our house, we feel that this service is well worth the money to be as informed as possible prior to committing the money and effort.

"Slow draining tub, a toilet that just won't flush, and some back flow when using the dishwasher left us thinking we just had a major clog.  To our surprise, it was a collapsed sewer line that needed to be replaced.  While there was a 1 week wait due to the time of year and the demands they were expecting, we were more than happy to wait the week.  Work went quickly and smoothly, and was far less intrusive than we anticipated.  Their staff even wore shoe coverings when coming into the house!  Only some minor clean up work was required once they left, which appeared to be an oversight when they cleaned up.  Everything else was back to normal after they left and no problems since."
