"What an incredible job done by Erskine. The project was actually to remove a wall between our kitchen and dining room. Not a small job. What a fantastic job he did, start to finish. I knew that I wanted to open up the wall, but had no idea how to go about it or what it would look like. Erskine had a vision when we first talked about it, and it turned out better than he had described. He was eager to incorporate any suggestions I had into the project. "Travis and helpers have been the best handymen crew I've used in recent memory. His work is of the highest quality, he's right on time every day and works a full day if necessary, sometimes longer, his work is very reasonably priced, he uses the best materials, and, perhaps best of all, he's honest. He recently did a whole house painting for me, and it turned out to be an exceptional job. We agreed on one coat of paint overall, but in lots of places he put on 2 or 3 coats at no extra cost, we agreed on a limited, specifically identified amount of wood trim replacement, he replaced significantly more wood trim and didn't ask any extra. Lots of 2 story ladder work painting about 25 feet up and he didn't charge extra. He also replaced a wood deck for me and the quality of that work was outstanding. On top of all that he's easy to communicate with, respectful and courteous. As far as I'm concerned, he's the best!"

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"
