Once again he was able to repair our appliance and not try to sell something we didn’t need.

This company could not come out for over a week, so I had to find another repaiman.

Everything done efficiently. While there was a problem they had to come back for in regards to the leak, they stood by their work until the job was completed. Recommended highly.

Prompt, professional. Ended up not doing the repair as it did not affect the performance of the washing machine vs the cost to repair. Would hire again for any of their services. Received text when they were on their way and arrived as scheduled. Nice person.

They fixed it. Even though I told them the make and model of the refrigerator, they had to leave and go to the warehouse for a part. They returned quickly and finished the job.

Fantastic. He ordered the part and fixed it the next day. Honest, fast, and efficient. Then the repairman remembered, we had asked about the gasket and he came back later to replace the door gasket. We will hire them again for any appliance repairs we need at our home.

Dishwasher repair.. It went well. Instead of a new heating element, dishwasher only needed to be reset.

Through communication by Donna... both for making appointment, moving earlier when another client cancelled, getting model number, & getting detailed info on problem. Tick arrived on time and can be best described as friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Both units fixed and put back together, units repaired in one visit, both checked for correct operation and the kitchen cleaned prior to leaving. It's nice to call a LOCAL company and even nice when it's VET owned & operated! Will call in the future when additional work is needed.

The experience was unexpectedly positive. Donna provided exceptional customer service...from ensuring the Model numbers were correct to coordinating an earlier appointment when another customer cancelled. Rick was obviously well trained and knew exactly what he was doing. He fishosed the issue with the refrig, replaced the part and had it up and running. Then he diagnosed an issue with our old freezer (we decided it was not worth repairing); and he moved onto the stove which needed the jets cleaned. The time spent was a little over 2-hrs. It's really nice to find a reliable local company to work with. Do I recommend them? Absolutely.... and they far better than than the "Big Box" contractors. bf

Although the diagnosis and repair on my refrigerator not cooling properly, was unsuccessful on the initial visit, when I called the next morning to announce that I was still experiencing the same issue, the response time by the office personnel and Repairman Scott Reilly was excellent. The problem was addressed, diagnosed, and repaired by 11:30. Scott is a very dedicated, highly skilled,experienced, and customer focused employee. My experience with the office personnel and Scott allowed me to realize that customer service does exist and that the customer is important.

Very professional. Someone from the business called me within 20 min. of me requesting service. I explained what the problem was and when the gentleman arrived he knew exactly what the problem was and gave me a quote and had the job completed within 2 hours. I will call them again for any appliance services.

Peerless responded to my call promptly. Due to a workload they scheduled my appointment for Sunday morning at 8am. Scott was on-time and got right to work evaluating my refrigerator issue. Since there were multiple potential causes for our issue this was more an evaluation call. Scott proved very knowledgeable and was able to narrow down the issue, even though at the time of the appointment it was working normally. Scott explained what was causing the issue, but it could be either a refrigerator sensor or freezer sensor acting up. He explained how to determine which sensor is the culprit so when it happens next time we can tell him exactly which is the cause and he can come back to make the repair with the correct parts. While he was here he quickly diagnosed our second refrigerator in the garage which also recently stopped cooling and freezing properly. We will arrange both repairs when he returns. The service call was less than anticipated, especially considering he came on Sunday morning, very reasonable. I'll definitely keep him in my contacts.

Service rep determined no malfunction of unit but found that the internal water filter was clogged and slowly releasing drips of water along the inside and down to the floor. He did not have our particular filter on his truck but suggested that once we replaced the old one we would see no further leaking and he was correct. Thank you so much!

I was impressed how quick we received a repair appointment. Although, both repairs were not breakdowns. Scott arrived ahead of scheduled. He immediately went to work on the exact parts that were faulty on both repairs. There was no waste of time (increasing service cost) determining what needed repairing. We were in strong agreement on military service and faith.

I can't recommend them highly enough. Every step of the process was professional and smooth. I called in the afternoon and they had an opening for lunch the next day. I received a text in the morning when they were on the way and they arrived right when promised. I had both a dishwasher and washing machine that were having similar control panel problems. I truly appreciate how they walked me through the causes and options for repair. Fees were very reasonable; especially to receive knowledgeable and honest information and cost. I plan on using them for all future needs and would highly recommend them to others.
