We are a Veteran owned appliance service company offering a wide range of services to fit all your appliance needs. We service all brands of residential and commercial appliances from single family home to apartment complexes and retirement communities to commercial laundry installations. Gas or electric, big or small, we can get you back to life. We also offer consultation for those wanting to switch from electric to gas and offer full gas line install and conversions. With over 15 years in the business we have the knowledge and training to handle your unique request. We take pride in offering after hours and weekend service at no extra cost to you and actually encourage scheduling at your convenience so as not to have to miss time from work. We truly are here for you.

The repair guy called well before expected time and let me know he was on his way. upon arrival, repairman was nice, considerate, knowledgeable and professional. i called Pearless because Angie's List website stated that there was free estimates. That is clearly NOT the case. I was charged $129.00 for an estimate (no repair work performed, just a diagnostic) for an estimate that was supposed to be "free" according to Angie's List. That was the entire reason I chose the company over the others listed. I would hate to think that Pearless stated on this website that estimates were free and then after they enter the home they charge a higher fee than the other companies. Even though that is exactly what happened and I was charged $129 for what Angie's List stated as "free". so where does the responsibility lay with?

"Thanks for taking my call yesterday and the kind words you spoke of our business. We appreciate that. As stated we are addressing the incorrect stating of us offering free estimates. That is only for plumbing work and gas logs and heaters. We have 2 running coupons on the site that state % off appliance diagnostic call so It's not clear why it doesn't specify what the free estimates are for. The tech did try to call me yesterday after you pointed out the free estimate disclaimer while I was finishing up with a customer. I would have told him not to collect anything and we have since issued a full refund for the visit. We are having this corrected immediately. We appreciate you pointing this out to our tech and kindness during this debacle and look forward to serving you in the future."

They did not come. They do not service Blacksburg, VA. Very nice and friendly on phone.

Fantastic. He ordered the part and fixed it the next day. Honest, fast, and efficient. Then the repairman remembered, we had asked about the gasket and he came back later to replace the door gasket. We will hire them again for any appliance repairs we need at our home.

Through communication by Donna... both for making appointment, moving earlier when another client cancelled, getting model number, & getting detailed info on problem. Tick arrived on time and can be best described as friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Both units fixed and put back together, units repaired in one visit, both checked for correct operation and the kitchen cleaned prior to leaving. It's nice to call a LOCAL company and even nice when it's VET owned & operated! Will call in the future when additional work is needed.

The experience was unexpectedly positive. Donna provided exceptional customer service...from ensuring the Model numbers were correct to coordinating an earlier appointment when another customer cancelled. Rick was obviously well trained and knew exactly what he was doing. He fishosed the issue with the refrig, replaced the part and had it up and running. Then he diagnosed an issue with our old freezer (we decided it was not worth repairing); and he moved onto the stove which needed the jets cleaned. The time spent was a little over 2-hrs. It's really nice to find a reliable local company to work with. Do I recommend them? Absolutely.... and they far better than than the "Big Box" contractors. bf

Although the diagnosis and repair on my refrigerator not cooling properly, was unsuccessful on the initial visit, when I called the next morning to announce that I was still experiencing the same issue, the response time by the office personnel and Repairman Scott Reilly was excellent. The problem was addressed, diagnosed, and repaired by 11:30. Scott is a very dedicated, highly skilled,experienced, and customer focused employee. My experience with the office personnel and Scott allowed me to realize that customer service does exist and that the customer is important.

Very professional. Someone from the business called me within 20 min. of me requesting service. I explained what the problem was and when the gentleman arrived he knew exactly what the problem was and gave me a quote and had the job completed within 2 hours. I will call them again for any appliance services.
