This was causing the gutters to overflow during heavy rain events. We had The Drying Co. remove the new construction gutters and install Gutter Shutter. Antonio and his crew were very professional and thoughtful. Antonio stated that he had 18 years of experience and it was evident. He doubled checked everything before starting- my windows, the new windows and measurements - 17 windows replaced. They worked quietly with minimal interruptions. They cleaned up very well-no mess left behind. I had gotten 2 estimates before choosing HomeFix. The price range was about the same. I was able to negotiate the price I wanted with much effort. Their product had a silver glaze in the windows that I liked. Mark and Max are salesmen. They used every technique to land the job. I insisted that I nor my neighbors should be hassle by their sale pitch bc they are seniors primarily. As of date, none has shared being hassled by HomeFix. My only concern is that my price went up slightly after installation, the windows were as quiet as I desired and the sealant took a long time to dry and i was left to put my shades back up bc of the drying time. Also, I have bars on the basement window in which Mark told me that they would remove and replace upon completion. Antonio did not have to remove the bars yet was able to install the windows. I hope that will not be an issue for me in the long term. Overall, I m enjoying the windows. They look great. I really like the silver glaze as it add a bit of a tent to the windows. Thank you."
