"Young man was here 4 hrs and had to put in 2 parts for my unit to work. He was very nice, but in training, use the phone to get help. The only thing that I did not like, I asked for Patrick to do the service and when this man came to my door, he told me that Patrick no long works for your company, I should have been told that when I set up the appointment, I have done may years with your company and I was very upset that no one told me that Patrick did not work there anymore. "After they repaired the leak and charged the system with 410A refrigerant, they informed me that there is an additional problem and the unit still was not running. They told me it needed a new TXV. they gave me a part number to order and said they would come back to install. I ordered the part and about a week later they came back. At that point they told me that the part was the wrong one (I double checked, it was the part number they texted to me, confirmed). SInce I had gone for several weeks without heat at this point, I went ahead and researched it myself and ordered the correct TXV and they said they would come back and install. Another week went by and it tried to contact them several times and they ignored me. Finally they told me that they were too busy and would not come back, leaving me with two parts that I ordered and unit still down. I had to hire another person to repair unit and it cost me an additional$285 to recharge unit properly."

He moved it from the wall and tilted it in order to test out from the bottom of the machine whether or not it was a simple fix, but it was not to be. The engine was no longer functioning. After examining the machine for 45 minutes, he charged $75. He advised keeping the dryer unless I could get a deal on both washer and dryer. He also made recommendations on which brands to consider purchasing. He was prompt and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him."
