I can fix appliances, do tree work, install new and home appliances, lighting and some electrical and HVAC issues. If I'm not comfortable working on something you inquire about, I will let you know if it's not my specialty. I tried to be fair when it comes to pricing and I take 110% pride in every job that I do.

Maintaining a driveway depends on the material your driveway is made of. Concrete and asphalt should be sealed to protect against water and freeze-thaw cycles. To maintain their strength, asphalt driveways and parking lots need to be sealcoated once every two to five years. You may also need to reapply paint striping every few years as it fades to ensure drivers can safely navigate the parking lot.

Sealing coat asphalt after 6-12 months and then every 2-3 years is recommended.
