I’m sure he is capable of doing anything needed, but for me he capped off my stair railing, enclosed pavers in a wood frame so they can no longer shift, power washed my deck and deck furniture, power washed my walkway then painted it, and made a new threshold for my front door. If there is a minor problem they will go the next day with four people and fix the problem for you.
