"Thank you. Glad we were able to get it resolved. Thank you for your continued (repeat) business every year. We greatly appreciate it!"
"We always strive to be efficient and create value, but recognize that we cannot meet the needs of everyone. There are costs associated with labor, material, material delivery, disposal of debris, equipment operation, transportation, and other factors that could be easily overlooked by someone that is not working with these items on a regular basis. Mr. [Member Name Removed] was a pleasure to meet. We were shocked at his displeasure of the estimate. He was friendly and polite during the review of his projects. We hate that we fell short in providing him with the value that he was looking for. We wish him the best of luck as he proceeds with his projects."
"Thank you for the review! Glad the crew did a good job for you."
"Thanks for the review! Thanks for being a long time customer and for your continued business."
"Glad you are happy with the job that was completed. Thank you for the great review!"

"We would never “low ball” an estimate with intentions of dishonesty. Varsity Landscaping embraces a culture of honesty and integrity and would never deliberately attempt such an inappropriate act. We always do our best to estimate as accurately as possible, however there are factors and challenges associated with leaf work beyond our control including but not limited to; additional leaf fall after the estimate, freezing weather causing leaves to freeze to surfaces, rain making leaves heavier and more difficult / timely to move and wind that could either blow leaves away or add leaves to a property. We do quote many of our services, however because of these unpredictable factors we only estimate and do not quote leaf work. At the time of the estimate on Nov. 5th, Justin did explain to Mr. [Member Name Removed] that leaf work performed by Varsity is solely based on an hourly rate and that the “estimated” cost amount is an “estimate”, not a quote. Justin met with Mr. [Member Name Removed] on Nov. 5, estimating the approximate time he thought it would take to remove leaves from areas of his property. Mr. [Member Name Removed] did not call to schedule the work until Nov. 20th at which time he was informed that our schedule was extremely full. He was also informed that rain and weather were impacting our schedule and with Thanksgiving just around the corner we would do our best to fit him in ASAP. Mr. [Member Name Removed] called the office 4 days later on Nov. 24th and again spoke with Justin explaining that he would be out of town the first week of Dec. and asked if we could schedule work to be performed after that week so that someone could be home to show the crew what areas they wanted cleaned up. At that time Justin scheduled him for Dec. 7th. We arrived the morning of Dec. 7th, on time, as scheduled. Mr. [Member name]’s wife was home at the time and communicated with our staff explaining which areas of the property she would like the leaves removed from. It is important to note that due to the delay in scheduling by Mr. [Member Name Removed] over a month of time elapsed between the date of the initial property visit / estimate and execution of service. Rain, wind and additional leaf fall were all factors that transpired during this time period and surely contributed to the necessary time needed to complete the project in a quality manner. As far as responsiveness and punctuality, Mr. [Member Name Removed] called on Nov. 2nd at 4:36 p.m. and his phone call was returned on the next morning. When he called on the 20th Justin spoke with him the same day. When he called on the 24th to request scheduling after the first week of Dec., Justin spoke with him and scheduled Dec 7th. The project was scheduled for Dec. 7th, which we punctually showed up for, arriving first thing in the morning and communicating with his wife as to what she would like done. When he called the office about his concern about the bill on Dec. 15th, he spoke with Justin the same day. I feel that our responsiveness and punctuality were excellent and I am unsure as to where he feels we fell short. However, I do apologize for whichever part of our responsiveness did not meet his expectations. Nobody wants a bad review and I hate that Mr. [Member Name Removed] feels that we misled him. There was a lot of time between the estimate and the work performed, in addition to weather factors and additional leaf fall, which I am guessing contributed to the misunderstanding. I am very pleased that Mr. [Member Name Removed] gave the project an “A” rating for quality; however I am disappointed that we fell short of meeting his expectations on other levels. We appreciate his business and the business of all of our customers and would never intentionally mislead or overcharge anyone."
"Thank you for giving us a call to vacuum up your leaves. Let us know if we can do anything else."
"Sorry, that your turf is not looking its best. We did the lawn treatments as scheduled at the appropriate times during the season beginning in March of 2015 with Round 1 of our 5 step program. Our regular treatments do not treat for wire grass. I know Matt had been working with you to try and help with the wire grass that was present in the turf. Unfortunately, wire grass treatments always look worse before it gets better. A 3 step treatment is needed for wire grass during the mid to late summer. We had only applied one treatment. The chemical on the market does not completely kill wire grass, it only suppresses it. The industry has not come out with a chemical that completely kills wire grass without harming the surrounding fescue. I am sorry that we could not come up with a satisfactory solution to eradicate your wire grass. We did the best with what chemicals are available to us on the market."
"Thank you for the great review. Glad our crew was able to get your property cleaned up and under the quoted price! Let us know if you need any future work."
"Glad Jason was able to meet with you and getting you pricing. Please let us know if you need anything else. Thank you!"
"Glad we were able to get your property cleaned up. Sometimes we are able to get the leaves faster than we estimated, sometimes not. Depends on what mother nature decides to do. Glad it worked in your favor! Thank you."
"Glad you are happy with your mulch! Thank you for the excellent review!"
"Thank you for the review! I am glad you are pleased with your design. If we can help in anyway, please do not hesitate to call."
"Sorry to hear you are not completely happy with the results for your lawn. Please call us so we can discuss and look at your turf to come up with a solution. Thank you."
