Henry, Jennifer and the crew at Boston Environmental provided me with an estimate quickly and once I accepted, they were at my house at 8 am the next morning. "A crew showed up within the hour and immediately assessed and estimated, then went to work after I got the insurance OK.
It took several hours to tear out what was necessary, not only due to the extent, but because they were thorough and ensured that what they removed, both anticipated and unanticipated, was indeed necessary. I appreciated that. After they set the machinery to dry the infrastructure, I didn't have to clean up after them. Only had to hose the sidewalk from all the wet flakes of drywall that was removed.
