Courteous and informative on initial phone call. Prompt at inspection appointment. Professional in explaining the inspection process. Timely in completing inspection work. Timely on follow-up including filing Lead Certificate with MDE. Found one small clerical error which was promptly resolved when brought to Lead Check Pro's attention. Not worthy of reducing rating.

All can be done electronically... - set up appointments and/or cancel appointments easily - get a true quote before the appointment - get email confirmation and reminders of your appointment - communicate via email with questions (VERY quick responses, pretty much instantaneously) - receive invoice via email when complete which includes a link on the invoice to pay online. - receive service report and certificate within a few days

Danisha was on time and took her time sampling every single possible source of lead in our house. It took almost a day (started at 9 and ended at 4 pm). She is very thorough, and did not rush the project. She promised to provide the report on a Friday and report was delivered electronically on friday morning. Me and my husband were eager to find out the result and we got the answers as promised. Highly recommend!

They are very honest and up front and they explain the procedure as well as provide a report afterward and she is certified in that and sent me the certification. I was very pleased.
