Their lifetime warranty is legitimate and very valuable. Due to the Corona Virus, our latest project design consultation (French Doors) was done over the telephone using a ZOOM application. Very convenient technology and the presentation was very professional. I would highly recommend asking for Roberto Munoz as your sales representative as he is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Overall, from my experiences, Castle Windows is the best window and door company in the region. We did extensive research in comparing them to Pella, Anderson and other companies and Castle's product quality, installation and pricing was the best value by far.
