We still need the bronze finished shower surround, sink faucets and p-traps installed, but he installed fixtures to make the bathroom fully functional as quickly as he could. The finishes are simply for esthetics. We painted everything and finished out the hallway with refurbished cabinets and finished the closet with shelving, so those are DIY. Forgive any flubs there.
