"I'm so sorry you feel like the concerns you had were not addressed. The package that you purchased through us was a basic maintenance package that included limited repairs to your gutters and roof. Our technician did the full maintenance and inspection of your property and provided his findings to you. Unfortunately the downspout is part of the gutter system that was recommended to have replaced. We will happily send some one out to address the issue and get you an estimate for the repair."
