Hired All-In-One to put on a roof a roof on the back side of my hour in October, 2015. The roof had been replaced in 2010, but it has started leaking on the back side of the house. The company who had put the roof on in 2010, had went out of business. The work done by All-In-One in October, 2015 was great. Problem solved. The project manager was fantastic and very responsive. Fast forward to March 2022 and a little background on my house. I have a log cabin. It is all wood, including the roof and support beam that runs the whole crest of the roof can be seen from the inside of the house. It has cathedral ceilings and does not have an attic. The first part of March, a leak started over my stairs leading up to the second level of the house. I set a date for the AIO project manager to come out and take a look at the problem. The date came and went with the manager apologizing for not being available. Set a second date. The next date the manager showed up and looked at the problem. I asked if the previous project manager still worked for the company. I was told no. An inspection continued and the new project manager told me this company had worked on log cabins in the past without any trouble. The estimate was provided and I agreed to the work to be done, but wanted a list of materials. I was told I would be given it when the crew arrived to begin work. A couple days before the work was to begin, a delivery of the materials came. It included a ridge vent. This type of hour CANNOT have a ridge vent because cutting into the peak of the roof would be cutting into the support beam. I called to protest the vent being installed. Also, it seemed to me like an awful lot of shingles and nails for this project. The work began with another layer of particle board to provide additional protection on the roof and no vent. The roof was installed. I anticipated no problems and was told everything looked great. I had to have 2 hip replacements this year, so climbing on top of the house at that time was almost impossible and I had to take their word for the great work. To make a long story short, the work was terrible. There was never a problem with leaking around my chimney and sky lights, but after this roof was installed, I had rivers of water in an ALL WOOD HOUSE. Water and wood do not go together. I called MANY times about the leaking problems and was told the problem had to be with the chimney. A friend of mine who is 88 years old and had put on roofs for many years came over to evaluate the problem. He crawled on top of my very steep roof and saw the problem immediately. He said when the new particle board was put on, it made little room for flashing. So, AIO tried to use aluminum in hopes of diverting any water without putting the flashing flush against the cement of the chimney. They put the aluminum one the decorative stone. Also, we wrapped the chimney with a tarp to PROVE water was not coming in through the chimney. After MANY calls and LOTS of caulk, it still leaked. I knew it would never be fixed by this company, so this year I found a company that had 40 years of experience and came out to evaluated the problem and told me the same thing my friend told me. They should have cut some of the decorative stone to get a flush bond to the cement. I have had multiple hard rains after the fix and not ONE leak. I had a five year warranty with this company, which if you read the fine print of the contract, means nothing. Also, the extra material for this job, including the ridge vent, were loaded up and taken away. I have to wonder if the vent and extra material were taken to another job and the residents were charged. I WILL NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Quick response to request. Shingles blown off and leaking. Heavy rain forecast for next day. Friendly and knowledgeable, Marc Reynolds rearranged things and got our roof fixed that same day. Very much appreciated their customer satisfaction priority.

Called and set appointment, he came out looked at house said he get back with me with a quote in 24 hours. 2 days later I called him and left a message, he didn't call. I called their office the next day and the lady said he sent her a price list and they would get a quote to me. Never heard from them. So I moved on.

Both teams (siding and windows were one team and gutters were another team) were very good. The Siding and window team, however, did a better job of cleaning up after their job than the gutter team.

When they came out to provide the estimate they were very concerned about the main roof and offered to provide an estimate for replacing both the main and patio roofs. When the estimates came back replacing the patio roof required new construction and was very expensive. I decided to move forward with the main roof replacement and was told they could do minor repairs on the patio roof instead of replacing completely. Replacing the main roof went fine, but the vent replacement I requested was never done and I did not hear anything back about repairing the patio roof. I waited a few weeks and called back and they scheduled another estimate for the remaining work. Almost two weeks passed and I called back again and was then told they could not get the parts needed to repair the patio roof and to contact a company that did car ports and they could not remove the vent on the roof and I would need to call a plumber. While i’m happy with the roof replacement, that was not the reason I contacted All-In-One. Had they been up front that they could not accommodate the work I actually needed to have done I likely would not have hired them at all! Now it’s been two months since this project started and I’m still at square one.

I contacted this company and spoke with Nina. On initial contact she was very nice, helpful, and prompt. I called on a Wednesday and requested someone go out to a property my husband and I wanted to make an offer on. During the conversation I stated that we had a couple estimates happening and needed them by the following Monday. She setup someone to complete the review of the property on Friday and stated I would be contacted by this person either during the review or right after then the estimate would be sent by email. She even sent a test email the same day with helpful information on picking the right contractor for your project. By 4:30pm on Friday, I had not received any communication so I called and spoke with Nina again. She stated that their rep had gone out to the property and the paper work just needed to be completed (it was not clear by who), but it would not be until Monday. I stressed the urgency since we were trying to put an offer in based on the estimate. Monday came and went with no follow up communication on their part. I called and left a message for them (after hours) and still no follow up at this point. I rated them on the things that applied. Thankfully, there was no cost for an estimate, but if this is how they treat a potential costumer then I'm grateful we're not using them.

"I am sorry you feel that we were unable to help you with the efficiency you needed. We did our best to work within your time frames on such short notice, but unfortunately we only had a few days to get all the information together with a weekend approaching and sometimes it isn’t as simple as we expect when creating an accurate estimate. I hope that you would give us another chance in the future, I assure you that we value every client but unfortunately sometimes things occur that are out of our control that create delays."

The process of scheduling was seamless - the lady I spoke with was great on the phone and found a date and time that suited my schedule. The guy that showed up to do the work was courteous and seemed knowledgeable. He pointed out a few things right away that he felt should be addressed, which was part of the "Package" I had purchased. The main goal was to get the leaves out of the gutters and make sure the downspouts were clear. I also wanted to make sure everything was sealed as we've had a leak in the roof previously. He started his work and I left to go back to work. He called me and suggested that I replace the gutters, but I explained that because of the fact that they were tied into other surrounding units (this is a townhome), it wasn't possible. He said that he would put together a report with photos and send it to me via email. A couple of days later, I noticed there were leaves still in the gutter on our shed. I know he got up on the shed because he installed flashing in that vicinity, but the leaves were left behind somehow. Made me concerned that he didn't actually clean the gutters up high. I emailed the lady I had worked with originally to schedule and then it honestly became less of a priority for me as I had so many other things going on. She never responded and I never received the report I was promised. However, less than 2 months after they were there, one of the downspouts came loose and fell off the house! Upon examination, it was clear that the whole downspout had been held on by a single "strap" of metal, which had worked its way loose. In my mind, this was something he would have pointed out to me, or even fixed - it would have taken him 10 minutes to fix it himself, I'm sure. I sent her a picture over the weekend and asked her to call me ASAP on Monday - she called me around noon and immediately started to explain that the issue was likely due to the high winds. I explained that I had checked it myself and it wasn't something the winds would have caused, that it was something they should have caught when they were there - one bracket isn't enough for a gutter that long. She was polite, but disagreed and offered to send someone over to fix it (at my expense I assume). It was clear I wasn't going to get anywhere with them and that they were going to go with the wind as a a reason for this happening. I get it - from a business perspective, I'm sure they get people trying to get something for nothing all the time. But, I truly felt like there were oversights with this entire encounter that shouldn't have happened. I'll fix it myself - I could have done all of this myself, but chose to hire someone due to the lack of time. Next time I'll just do it myself and save our money.

"I'm so sorry you feel like the concerns you had were not addressed. The package that you purchased through us was a basic maintenance package that included limited repairs to your gutters and roof. Our technician did the full maintenance and inspection of your property and provided his findings to you. Unfortunately the downspout is part of the gutter system that was recommended to have replaced. We will happily send some one out to address the issue and get you an estimate for the repair."

The salesperson told me that our gutters, which were damaged and torn from our house during a snow storm, needed replacing. When the work crew arrived, they tried to use the old gutters. I told them that since new gutters new quoted in the price, I wanted new gutters. They seemed annoyed, but after checking their paperwork, put up new gutters. The work crew arrived VERY late, and as a result, I had miss an appointment. The work crew left without asking if I was satisfied with the work.

Terrible. Avoid at all costs. Came out for a quote first week of September. Work was not performed until end of December after months of hounding them. Work is of questonable quality, lawn still littered with gutter debris. DO NOT USE. I called All In One the first week of September, their salesman was nice enough and gave me what seemed to be a reasonable quote. He left with a signed contract and had made promises that I would hear back from their "scheduling" team within a week, with work likely to start within 4 weeks. After one month I called asking when work would begin. I was assured that work would start in two weeks. Two weeks past their start of work date I called again asking where they were. I was told there were delays and they would start next week! Next week came and surprise! noone showed. I called the following monday asking for my money back. At that point I was told that the work would start that Friday for sure! I should have known better and just left at that point, but they had my deposit and I did not want a battle to get that back. Of course no one showed Friday. Monday rolls around and finally work begins! The big part of the job was to do gutter repairs. After a few days of work, I receive a call stating the work was done. That was strange to me considering I still had large holes in my soffits, and the second half of the work was not done. Reminder: we're into december at this point after the initial start of work being planned for September/October... They finally come back to do all the work they had promised would be done. They ended up patching the holes but it looks terrible. Fast forward through the holidays to today and I receive threats of "interest" being added on to my bill for non payment within 30 days -- I'd happily pay them just to be rid of them but none of their instructions included how to do so. Roofing was installed as per contract. No extra effort was made or offered. Would not hire again. I suggest reading the contracts and warranty thoroughly before signing. Additionally, be aware that their transferable warranty is VERY EXPENSIVE to transfer. Fortunately for me, I plan to keep the home for longer than the warranty. On the other hand, they were willing to put a roof on where several other contractors would not/could not.

They were very fast but thorough with their work on both the roof and vinyl siding. They sent a large crew for the roof so that job was done in only 3 and a half hours. The vinyl siding job was done by two very efficient workers in only 2 and a half days. Their pricing was also extremely competitive in both.

They sent these two guy over to do the roof. They started yesterday and finished today. They did clean up behind themselves. There was one downspout. There are a couple of places they had been working. One of the downspouts, I can not tell if they have fixed it or not. I had to leave as they were finishing up. I paid them before I left with a check but I did not get an invoice. Which I think I should. I don't know if they mailed it to us or not. Another issue is that one of the gentlemen was smoking and my granddaughter was talking about the fact that this man was smoking in our yard. It is not a major deal but I hope that he did not throw the butts in my yard. Those are the only things. As far as I could tell, they did a good job. On our proposal, it states to correct the fall on back top gutter. Install end caps. Correct fall on front gutter over front stoop. I guess they were not aware of that so they will need to return and finish that. I had a leak in the front screened in porch and now it is an enclosed porch. It rained from the North and I got a leak. Strangely enough near the windows. We have windows between the inside of the house and the porch. Water would come pouring where the windows are. It is just very strange. They came and fixed that but as far as the issue, I have some gutters and since they are putting a new roof on this area, could they take care of that. They said sure. I had another issue with some guttering out front. The house is 11 years old and had some snow damage. That was part of the proposal as well. I guess that message did not get from point A to point B. They were acceptable. There was nothing earth shattering either way. We were impressed with the guy that came out and looked things over and gave us the bid. The workers I guess were not so personable but not unpleasant at all. It looks great but the proof will be when we get a rain storm coming in from the North and we will then know if it is working. It looks like as was advertised and looks very nice.
