He acknowledged that he was not sure if the problem was correctly addressed and cautioned that it might recur. Since this took a bit of time to trouble shoot, the labor cost proved quite substantial. Although I have no complaints with Fitch or Larry, I might have to look for someone more experienced with hybrid water heaters if the problems/error codes were to recur."
