Wonderful Job

The young men who worked on our air ducts were very professional and knowledgeable. They explained the process and showed me the materials they removed from the ducts - very thorough! I would hire Duct Medic again.

The two young gentlemen that came to clean our ductwork were extremely professional and thorough. I would highly recommend DuctMedic to anyone.

My uncle was at house when Duct Medic came and if you can impress him then you must be good. He was impressed with the work and the explanations he received. The only drawback is that my uncle said that the man who came said he would call me to tell me what they did and he didn’t. No big deal, my uncle told me the work they did.

Both technicians were very professional, explained all their work, and completely finished their contracted work. I would not hesitate to hire Duct Medic again.

Great job from initial contact through job completion.

We called DuctMedic because we couldn't find anyone else able and/or willing to visit our mountain house and remove a bad odor from one of our ducts. The owner, Justin, came promptly and spent quite a bit of of his time helping us solve the problem without the need for his services so he didn't charge us anything. That says a lot about the philosophy of the company and their level of professionalism. When we're ready for a proper duct cleaning, they'll be our first and only call. Many thanks to Justin and his team.

Scheduled dryer vent cleaning and it was done very well, on time and budget, with no up-charge despite extra effort required. Very courteous and professional, will definitely hire again.

Better than expected. good explanation of problem and work needed to fix. Clean cut and knowledgeable. Dryer Vent cleaning to include bird nest issue was done very nicely. After cleaning a missing vent hose clip was added as well as external bird deterrent cage fitted to our vent size. These guys did a A1 job. THX

Professional, polite gentlemen. Work was efficient and did not take long to clean the dryer vent. They gave an approximate window for the next cleaning based on dryer usage. We are good for the next 3 years !
