The two gentlemen were professional and had years of experience in the trade. Initially I was only getting a quote to replace a rotten deck support post. I was impressed with them that I added "adjusting 3 wooden picket gates" and cutting limbs from a tall tree. I was so lucky to find a contractor that did what they said they were going to do, in the time they said it would take and the 3 projects were completed 100% to my satisfaction. This company gives 100% customer service. When they finished, they left the yard immaculate..not one piece of trash. I already have a spring project lined up. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field. We needed to work around his schedule, because he is in demand in the tri-state area, so it took awhile to schedule the work to begin... but it was worth it."
