The work took two days with a weather interruption in between, but communication was prompt which let us accommodate the weather. All in all, great company. The two gentlemen were professional and had years of experience in the trade. Initially I was only getting a quote to replace a rotten deck support post. I was impressed with them that I added "adjusting 3 wooden picket gates" and cutting limbs from a tall tree. I was so lucky to find a contractor that did what they said they were going to do, in the time they said it would take and the 3 projects were completed 100% to my satisfaction. This company gives 100% customer service. When they finished, they left the yard immaculate..not one piece of trash. I already have a spring project lined up. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"This was a very involved plaster repair and remediation job, in a very old house. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field. We needed to work around his schedule, because he is in demand in the tri-state area, so it took awhile to schedule the work to begin... but it was worth it."
