  Mr. Tatum is a calm and very professional gentleman who was extremely easy to work with, and his quote for our roof for the materials used was lower than the 4 other quotes I'd received. His crew worked tirelessly and did an excellent job. Cleanup was thorough. Mr. Tatum's communication was outstanding -- through phone or text he kept me informed daily, and his goal was always to be sure I was 100% satisfied with the work, which I was. And finally, his guarantee to fix for free any leaks that occur in the first 10 years is quite reassuring, and will extend to the next owners of this house if we move before that time is up.   Paramount couldn't get the bill to us in a timely fashion. I called them and they would only speak to my husband - even though we both filled out the paper work and met with them as a couple. Do they understand it is 2020? What a chauvinistic company. My female money will spend elsewhere. Their work is overshadowed by their crappy customer service. Horrible read less

  From the estimation to the installation communication with the company was prompt and often. The roofers arrived early in the morning and stayed for well over 8 hours to get the job completed. They cleaned up well after each day. My only compliant was that the roofing crew did not speak English well so it was hard to communicate with them regarding access to our backyard. When they left I received no communication on how the job went, just an invoice from the company. The price was well within the estimation which was a pleasant surprise. I did find one possible issue, and am awaiting an answer. Will update my review once this is settled, and once we get the rain storm scheduled for later in the week-will see if we have any leaks or issues. Update As Of 04/30/2020: This is an update to my 4/28/2020 review. Thought there was an issue with my roof and there wasn't, received prompt response this morning.   Ross made an appointment to give an estimate. He said he would be at my home at 4pm on Thursday, June 10th. 4pm came and went with no word from Ross. I called him to see if he was going to come out and Ross blamed a co-worker by saying the co-worker was supposed to have come out. I personally didn't believe Ross even had a co-worker by the way he was hemming and hawing and carrying on. Then he told me that he would come out personally at 6pm. I figured he just forgot about the first appointment and was now trying to make amends. I was wrong. Ross, again, never showed up and never called. I'm guessing the job would have taken 2 days at most and he would have walked out with maybe 10 grand in his pocket. But he is a loser and this time he lost a lot read less
