"Everything turned out well in the end. They had a few problems on the way but they fixed them. We’ve had them out for different things like the furnace, air conditioning and things like that. The main problem this time was, it wasn’t the same person that came out each time. One person made a mistake and then someone else had to come out and fix it. The person who made the mistake should have noticed they were doing something wrong. I don’t know if they were less experienced or if they didn’t pay attention or what it was. When we called and said there was a problem, they did get it corrected. They sent out somebody I guess with more experience and he took care of it. Overall I’m happy and would use them again. They did our furnace several years ago. I haven’t called or compared their prices to anyone. I have talked to friends who have had similar things done and they said the price is probably about right. It wasn’t a very professional way to did it though. I would use their services again in the future."

Since I can do most of my services remotely with you over the phone, I am hoping to eventually open up to larger markets and help people from having to take their computer in to get it fixed, if it has internet access, I can usually fix it over the Internet. Just trying to do more to help my Angies List customers!!******** I am a sole proprietor that works out of my home. I am my only employee, but I have over 20 years experience fixing computers, and providing superior customer service. I work on a flat rate service, and don't charge by the hour because I feel it's important to educate the customer on what the issue is/was, and how to avoid it in the future. I feel that local service companies (my competition) have been overcharging customers for years. I offer a first time customer discount of 10% but I will offer 15% off for first time customers referred by Angies List. I've lived in the Huntsville area most all my life, so I know the area very well. I will never use a subcontractor as I am very picky about making sure that if my name and company is associated with something, it will be the best experience my customer has ever had, and using sub contractors won't ensure that, so I prefer to do all the work myself. Lastly, I should point out that I am a former offensive lineman for the University of Southern Mississippi and was Brett Favre's center his freshman year at Southern. I went on to play for Tom Landry in his last year, but gave up pro football early on to pursue my passion of fixing computers. If I didn't have bills to pay, I would do this for free because I love it! If you have a computer problem, I promise you that you couldn't find a better technician that will care about you as a customer, and not about the bottom line. I am always available, but don't always answer my phone, but if you leave a message, I promise to back with you as soon as possible...and figure out how to get your issue resolved in a quick, efficient and economical manner. This was a big deal purchase. We probably did not need the service, so it was not a good value. To my knowledge they did the service correctly. Our ducts were not dirty. My wife thought they were worse than they were.

"IT STARTED WITH THE AIR CONDITIONING IN OUR HOUSE, SUDDENLY IT WENT DEAD, THE TEMPERATURE STARTED TO RISE, I CALLED A FEW COMPANIES BUT THEY WERE BOOKED UP THE ERLIEST OPENING THEY HAD WAS FOR 2 WEEKS.
I KEPT SEARCHING FOR LOCAL COMPANIES AND HVAC EVOLUTION CAME ON THE LIST I CALLED THEM AND WITHING 2 HOURS THEY SEND A TECHNICIAN, WHO WAS VERY PROFESIONAL, HE PRESENTED HIMSELF AS  MR.CORDON, HE STARTED TO CHECK THE UNIT AND FOUND OUT THAT THE OUTDOOR FAN MOTOR WAS DEAD, HE EXPLAINED TO ME
THAT THE OUTDOOR FAN MOTOR WAS BURNT AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED, HE DID NOT HAVE THE MOTOR WITH HIM
BUT HE WOULD BE ABLE TO PICK IT UP TODAY HE SAID. HE GAVE ME THE PRICE THAT I AGREED ON IT, HE LEFT AND IN ABOUT ONE HOUR HE CAME BACK INSTALLED THE NEW MOTOR, CHECK THE PRESSURES ON THE UNIT, AND WITHING A FEW MINUTES I STARTED TO FEEL THE COLD AIR COMING OUT.  HE ALSO EXPLAINED TO ME THAT THE INDOOR AND OUTDOOR COILS NEEDED TO BE CLEANED, I AM PLANING TO CALL THEM BACK TO CLEAN MY SYSTEM, I AM GLAD I FOUND HVAC EVOLUTION ON LINE, THEY WERE FAST, RELIABLE, AND THEIR PRICE WAS NOT AT ALL THAT BAD FOR THE KIND OF SERVICE THEY PROVIDE.

"My technician was very good but he was in a very big rush. He was originally very pleasant and performed well in not so nice conditions as my house air conditioner was not bringing cool air into the bathroom he was working in. It was uncomfortable in the bathroom so he might have wanted to escape the hot air. He did not screw the top of one of the fixtures well and I wanted the 2 fixtures to not be so tight when you turn them but he was in hurry so I said nothing. He took care of the problem like a Real Pro and I am thankful for him and Choice Home Warranty."

"When they inspected my chimney they discovered that my chimney was was never rebuilt correctly, they took pictures that showed mortar was only partially applied and there were cracks . They filled in and sealed what was needed. They also advised me to have my chimney cleaned after burning a cord of word. They offered a warranty on their work and will keep a record of what was done with the pictures. I was pleased especially after I have had more the a few companies clean my chimney and even had one iinstall an insert and no one ever mentioned the condition of my chimney.

"I had purchased a big deal for the service. I had a little difficulty getting a hold of them, but when they showed up they were great, and did what they were supposed to do. I paid additional for the vents. I think they are probably market price. He worked hard. Everything was fine after I got a hold of them, but it was just the initial contact."
