"Bill is awesome! This is the first time I've used him. He answered his own phone (first call), was able to squeeze me in the same day I called, and showed up on time. He fixed a gas leak, fixed an exhaust pipe from the furnace, and fixed the upstairs A/C. He also helped me get our gas log fireplace started, which hasn't been on in years. Another Bonus: he fixed the instant hot water machine under the kitchen sink! Bill was very knowledgeable and honest. He was careful, thorough, and took the time to explain everything to me. "Everything turned out well in the end. They had a few problems on the way but they fixed them. We’ve had them out for different things like the furnace, air conditioning and things like that. The main problem this time was, it wasn’t the same person that came out each time. One person made a mistake and then someone else had to come out and fix it. The person who made the mistake should have noticed they were doing something wrong. I don’t know if they were less experienced or if they didn’t pay attention or what it was. When we called and said there was a problem, they did get it corrected. They sent out somebody I guess with more experience and he took care of it. Overall I’m happy and would use them again. They did our furnace several years ago. I haven’t called or compared their prices to anyone. I have talked to friends who have had similar things done and they said the price is probably about right. It wasn’t a very professional way to did it though. I would use their services again in the future."
