"Technician used a light on a cable in some places did not find a leak because cable would not bend in that tight a space. He cut a 8"x8" hole in the ceiling but never used the light to see if he could find a leak. Instead he show me piece he cut out of the ceiling and said it was dry there for there is not a leak. But my question is were are the water marks comeing from. Now I am still in the dark. And have to repair hole that was cut in ceiling."

"For starters, the price was pretty steep (the high end for a new wall outlet installation is usually around $220.00).  But in all fairness, Greg and Gary advised me that the cost would be higher than most, and made sure I was okay with the estimate.  I usually negotiate a bit for lower costs, but let it go this time, because this father-son team has done other jobs for me and they always do such excellent work.  They take their time to get it right,  are very courteous and friendly, and never leave a mess.  In fact, they were kind enough to repair a ceiling panel in the basement that the electricians involved in my bathroom remodel had simply left hanging, along with fixing the door to the breaker box which was left almost falling off by the other crew.  So, yes, for this kind of "family-friendly" service I will gladly pay a bit more, because it's worth it.  I highly recommend this company.

"We initially had Travis come out to hang a light fixture in our tall foyer, fix nonworking kitchen outlets, contain a live wire in the basement and quote us for installing recessed lighting. They did a thorough walk through of our home and identified several safety concerns, including expired smoke/carbon monoxide detectors among other things.
