Virginia Foundation Solutions was the third to arrive and give us a detailed estimate. They were extremely detailed about the process they would use and how that would solve our problem. They gave us a start date that was about a month in the future. They were in constant communication with us and started on the exact date promised. The crew arrived on time and worked harder than I thought possible. They were very professional and polite, kept us abreast of there progress and finished on time. They worked in a manner that would make you think it was THEIR home. I can't say enough good things about them, but, if you are in need of this type of costly repair you can't go wrong with Virginia Foundation Solutions. "All the down spouts were aimed and the front yard and the water was washing the dirt wash away and making gullies. They buried all the downspouts. Then the made a cute stone rain garden. We've only had 2 small rains, but it seems to be working well. The workers were careful, professional and friendly. We were excited about the results."

"This was a very involved plaster repair and remediation job, in a very old house. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field. We needed to work around his schedule, because he is in demand in the tri-state area, so it took awhile to schedule the work to begin... but it was worth it."

I needed Joe and his son Tony on two occasions over the past two months.  Each time, I was met with friendly, on time service and very fair pricing.  Joe is very conscientious about doing a good job, and I like the chemistry he and his son have.  They work well together, fast and efficient.

Joe takes great pride in his work.  Of course, I'm in a rush to get things done, but after a particularly rainy weekend, Joe completed half my job one day and recommended that I wait two more days to let the bricks dry out as the humidity and moisture in the bricks were making the job look presentable but not right.  Joe wanted to do it right, which I respect.
