Virginia Foundation Solutions was the third to arrive and give us a detailed estimate. They were extremely detailed about the process they would use and how that would solve our problem. They gave us a start date that was about a month in the future. They were in constant communication with us and started on the exact date promised. The crew arrived on time and worked harder than I thought possible. They were very professional and polite, kept us abreast of there progress and finished on time. They worked in a manner that would make you think it was THEIR home. I can't say enough good things about them, but, if you are in need of this type of costly repair you can't go wrong with Virginia Foundation Solutions. "There was a problem with the end of one of the gutters. I took video and sent it to their appraiser. He text me and apologized. By the end of the same day and in the rain two guys were here and fixed it. I canâ t say it was even the fault of the gutter. We had a problem in the same spot with the old gutter. Because of the roof line thereâ s a lot of water going into a short gutter so there was a constant dripping of water. They got the problem solved and were very courteous.
