They have been frustrating to work with. They will not return my calls or respond to my emails. It has been almost a week, and I have not heard back from them. One of the worst at customer service.

ImageWorks did a fantastic job of fixing a water drainage problem in my backyard this past summer. I appreciate the quality of work delivered and the teamâ s professionalism. It is worth taking a moment to note that I received a few other proposals outlining a significantly larger scope of work to correct a water drainage problem that was causing my basement to flood. These other work proposals entailed extensive (and expensive) patio redesign and infrastructure work. I initially challenged the ImageWorks proposal, suggesting that the smaller project scope might not prevent future flooding. However, John with ImageWorks provided me with a detailed explanation of why his work proposal, priced at less than half the cost of the others, would effectively redirect water away from the house. A few heavy rains have demonstrated that Johnâ s design was absolutely correct. In addition, when the crew that performed the work in the backyard recognized that one step listed in the work proposal was not necessary, they took the initiative to inform John. This resulted in an $800 savings on the project. The crew was very friendly and left the project site tidy. Job was removing invasive vines and trimming hedges, removing weeds. Very quick turnaround from assessment to completion of project and affordable.

The laborers they sent out did not know how to make a swale for drainage, so the water did not drain. They came again and put some rocks at the beginning of where the water was supposed to drain from, but this multiplied the problem by blocking the water, creating a huge amount of water under my deck. The salesman said he would ensure that the water would drain and charged me more money to remove their rocks and make another attempt at making a swale. They failed to create a swale. The water still does not drain.

The quality of their work was very good.

Great experience and quality work redoing the landscaping on the side of our house. The stone wall looks amazing. The only improvement would be if the company gave us a follow up call once the job was completed

Wonderful experience and affordable.

The crew was very efficient and asked me about different debris being removed or left.They did an excellent job of removing all my fallen tree branches and then clearing the leaves from the areas they had cleared of branches.

a last-minute need for lawn detailing and they were able to deliver. I think it was 4 people showed up, pulled up the bushes we needed gone, got rid of ALL our leaf litter, which was a lot, and put down a layer of mulch. good price, good quick service. Would use again.

Image Works was the only landscaper, of those that I selected for quotes, to provide a written estimate. The quality of the work far exceeded my expectations. Just beautiful!! And they were extremely reasonably priced to boot!!

My flower beds were a mess with overgrown weeds. When Image Works finished with them they were beautiful and done exactly as I asked when consulted at the estimate. I will use them again and highly recommend them.

Is good

We struggled for years to establish a lawn in our highly shaded back yard. Tried sod and it lasted a couple of years. Last fall, Image Works assessed our situation, aerated, spread topsoil and seed and the yard this spring looks terrific. A thin-bladed grass that seems to be thriving in the shade. Hard to believe it was just planted a little over seven months ago.

Image Works gave my old patio a fresh new look. Dave worked with us from phase one to make sure we get the design and the material we want and within our budget.

Image Works responded so quickly to my request, and made it very easy for me to work with them. They did a fantastic job, for a great price. My neighbors are jealous!
