They were honest and professional. They replaced the chimney cap/screen at the top, and repaired a row of bricks outside. They also sprayed sealer on all the bricks outside. Post-repairs, there was no more water in the basement after inclement weather. Work was done efficiently and looked great. Their price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend them again, if another chimney-related problem arises."

Along with the price for a routine cleaning in tiny print there was a $22 per month maintenance contract attached to the price. Why would I need a monthly maintenance for a gas fireplace Had I not had my magnifying glass. I would never have seen the bait and switch.
