We had some plumbing problems about 2 years ago and called a popular plumbing company, they are prevalent in this area. They "fixed" a list of items. One of the items was a broken spigot outside. A year later we had to call them back to fix the same spigot. They did a cheap patch up job instead of doing the job right. They charged us again for something they should've done right the first time. Now, less than a year later we had the same problem and we figured we'd take our chances with somebody else. I think we found precision plumbing in the phone book but we were very lucky this time. Jeff Matthews was very prompt, called and kept us informed of when he would be coming and also kept us informed of the cost for everything before he began the work. He explained what needed to be done which was more involved than a broken spigot and said it is something that other plumbers will often do a quick patch job on. He was very well prepared and had all the parts needed on his truck. While he was under the house doing the repairs he noticed that our dryer vent had come off and he re-attached it. I should also mention that it was over 100 degrees that day. He was very professional and I will recommend him to anyone."
