He was on time, asked about our project scope, performed his water tests and made a recommendation based on the findings. He was not high pressure at all. Orbit's equipment is the most efficient, seems to be the best quality, and quite frankly had the best warranties. The installation went well. The installer removed old equipment and installed the new softener and filtration kit. He was in and out within the 3 hour time window specified. He answered all the questions I had for him during the installation. Once everything was done and cleaned up, he went through the operation with me, explaining how everything worked and what things to keep an eye on. Very good experience. "Not good. The water leaks had caused black mold that had to be repaired. When repairs were completed 3 months later, the valves still leaked from the stem when turned on. It was past 60 days so I had to pay another $100 service fee to have the water leaks fixed. He tightened the packing and quoted $350 to replace the valves. Sheesh."
