On the date promised, Craig's son, Craig Jr., who works with his father (which I also liked), came to our home to look at all the electrical requirements. My husband and I were extremely impressed when both Craig Sr. and Jr. returned a few days later to begin work, in pretty cold weather (it was the dead of winter). Craig is very professional and has a good old fashioned work ethic, and wanted to make his customers happy.
