He was very professional but also very friendly. He explained everything he was doing. He said he had never actually seen a dumb waiter before but found the problem and fixed it quickly. I would hire him again no problem.

I was an unlimited contractor for 32 years and retired. Couldn’t handle it , had to go back to work. I would like to say that I would work with Chris anytime . He was extremely productive , knowledgeable and professional, and I might add a great guy . Honesty is something you don’t see much anymore in the workplace, when he would tell he would do something it happened . Can’t wait to work with him again !
