"Robert is a man of his word and goes out of his way to be sure the job is done right and the customer happy. I've used their services twice now and both times I was well please with the way it turned out. I'll be using them again. (Southern Danville area)"

"CSI was flexible and was able to schedule a home inspector the day after I got a bid accepted on a house. The inspector, Patrick, showed up on time and the inspection took about 4 hours. Patrick was responsive to any questions I had by email or live during the inspection. My one recommendation is that I requested a pest, mold, radon, and home inspection. It would be a better heads up if they explained that they sometimes outsource the radon inspection depending on availability of radon inspectors. Also, they can explain a bit more for new home buyers what is involved with a mold inspection. Patrick ended up just eyeing whether he spotted any mold. Because he did not see any mold, we did not have to pay extra for mold samples."

Rototilling questions, answered by experts

Repair costs typically range from $200 to $1,500, depending on the issue, such as leaks, burner malfunctions, or thermostat failures. Complex repairs involving heat exchanger replacement can be more expensive.

Once installed, there are very few downsides to heated floors. Of course, there is always the potential for a breakdown in the system. That is rare, however, and most issues, if any, come from a failure with the thermostat, which is usually easy to access and replace. The downside is that heated floors are more expensive to install than other types of flooring. If you are installing in an older home, they can also raise the floor level, which can pose some issues with doors and flooring transition strips.

Yes, you can replace a damaged panel on your storm door yourself, but it requires precision and attention to detail. If you're unsure about any step or if the damage is extensive, it might be best to consult a professional door company to ensure the replacement is done correctly. Proper installation guarantees the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of your storm door.

It can be difficult to determine the cause of a coolant leak unless you have the unit inspected by a certified professional. Most coolant leaks are caused by wear and tear on seals and joints. This typically happens five years after a unit is installed. Additionally, faulty or worn compressors, evaporator coils, and condenser coils can also cause leaks.

While it's generally safe to stay in a home with a coolant leak if your home is properly ventilated, it's important to have a professional come out to assess the situation right away. You should evacuate your home if you notice any powerful fumes. Additionally, you should leave your home if you are experiencing headaches or dizziness.
