I know of JES since they started in the area but never had any reason to request a free inspection until I wanted to assess the condition of my crawlspace prior to selling the house. I learned so much about the function of a crawlspace and the current condition of mine. His inspection did not reveal any emergent issues with my 25 year old house but he did take the time to show me about encapsulating my crawlspace which will improve insulation properties and keep the area just about maintenance free. "I own an 90-year old historic colonial high school turned into a bed & breakfast. The windows were neglected over the past 20-30 years and in serious demand of work. Modern day window contractors were not going to understand this job. It's very difficult to find a contractor that will come through on a promise and has the skill to do as they boast. The day that Grady stepped into my 90 year-old home that needed historic window restoration, he became a part of the house. He knew exactly what had to be done. More importantly, he understood my expectations. These windows needed special attention. There was a level of detail required that not any expert would be able to handle. Grady took the time to learn their needs and stayed on the job until it was to my satisfaction. He even reworked an entire window just because I didn't like the way that it looked. Grady truly showed expertise with his ability to work on such a delicate job and even taught me a few things about historic window repair.
