Spring Cleaning season is upon us don't make the same mistake I did! Got a quote of $300.00 from VETERAN ROOF TREATMENT in Dewitt to soft wash our two story home and two decks. When he arrived onsite I asked him about cleaning the roof on a 12 X12 shed in our yard, he said "no problem he could do that". When the job was completed he told me my new total was $475.00 because I added the roof of the shed. I told him I never dreamed a tiny shed roof would cost over half of what my 2200 two story sq ft home and 2 decks cost. At that point he became very condescending/ rude/pushy and told me "it will be alright, you also had a 2 hour window allotted and I have been here 3 hours and 17 mins". I had $300.00 budgeted for this job - one would think that a responsible business owner would have told me that adding a small 12 x12 roof would increase the rate so drastically. This is a husband and wife run business, but I did send an email to the company expressing my concerns, hoping we could come to a resolution or compromise on the situation. He called me from his wife phone and while using his arrogant voice made it clear that he did not feel like he did anything wrong At the end of the day he did a good job, I think he underbid the job and was trying to re-coop some money by charging so much for a roof that I could have gotten on a ladder with a hose and some JoMax and cleaned myself. Lesson learned to ask the specific price before you allow any out of quoted work to be performed.

FANTASTIC!! Abbie was very kind and understanding, even when I requested changes 3 times. Josua was very professional, prompt, and friendly. Did a lot to make Everything clean for over 3 hours. I'm looking forward to working with them again.

Joe (who I will request by name in the future) did a very, very nice job. He arrived 5 minutes early and was simply a good guy to talk with. He cleaned 10 years of gunk off the roof, completely cleared some very stubborn backup in the gutters and perfectly prepared a 30 year old deck for staining. Joe answered my many questions including a clear explanation of the "high volume, low pressure" power wash technique he used and did some extra (no charge) corrections to some problems with our gutter guards. This was 5 star work at a reasonable price and I will most definitely call Veteran Roof Treatment / Joe in the future.

I had used them to clean my cedar roof a few years back and they did an excellent job. The roof looked like new. So, I contacted them to pressure wash our chimney and clean out the gutters at the top portion of our roof. Once again, they did a great job. Equally impressive is that it was completed on time and as promised. I didn't have to follow up with them. I'm very happy with the services they have provided me.

They did an excellent job. Mold on the roof completely gone. Gutters clean. House (vinyl siding) looks like new. All of it was done in under three hours.

Our experience with this company was stellar. From the initial contact through the actual work, I was impressed by their professionalism. The estimate and appointment confirmation were sent via email but the company is easily reached by phone. The owner performed the work himself and he did an excellent job cleaning the gutters and, afterwards, based on what he saw, offered other services for future projects. We have already scheduled a roof cleaning/treatment.

On 6/23/17, they spent the entire hot and humid summer day thoroughly restoring a poorly maintained cedar shake roof and power washing brick patios, steps and walks. Although expensive, they are superb and well worth it. The young owners Joshua and Abbie Williams are personable, hard working and extremely professional. I didn't meet Abbie but wecommunicated several times via phone and e-mail. She has implemented a very impressive estimating, scheduling and invoice system conveyed by e-mail. Joshua is a paragon of a young intelligent, athletic, hard working veteran with nonpareil social skills.

Initial response back from Veteran Roof Treatment was the same day. Work was scheduled the same week. Joshua arrived as scheduled and the work performed was excellent. He is friendly, hardworking and diligent. We have very high gutters and the top of the chimney 10' higher. Difficult job to say the least. I clean out the gutters I can reach with my 16' extended ladder... I have no ladders that can reach the top gutters. He pointed out the I had some pretty extensive roof damage from the recent winds (I hadn't noticed but once he pointed it out, it was obvious) He doesn't perform extensive work on roof repair but referred me to some good providers of this type of service

They did a great job cleaning the gutters. I have previously used Veteran Roof Treatment for work on my cedar roof and they did an outstanding job. I highly recommend this company.

Outstandingly well!! Josh and Abby of Veteran's Roof Treatment are about the easiest people I have ever worked with. Josh's approach to cleaning, restoration and staining met our expectations precisely. He uses gentler products and a gentler pressure wash. He is extremely careful and precise. He works quietly and efficiently. Veteran's Roof Treatment is not the cheapest pressure washer around! BUT the company is also not just a guy in a truck with a pressure washing machine. Josh "knows" and understands wood as well as the organisms that affect wood. He is highly trained. My porch and deck look so good!! Thanks, Josh and Abby!!

Our house was built in 1987 and to my knowledge, the cedar has never been cleaned.  My husband and I didn't even know it needed to be cleaned! However we are in the process of organizing a complete exterior re-do of our home and this question arose: Do we keep the cedar, which looks bad, or can we find someone to clean it?  Well we're keeping the cedar because Joshua Williams, owner of Veterans Roof Treatment, came today and made it look like new!!
Using his proprietary, gentle, environmentally-sound process, Joshua cleaned all the yucky stuff off the cedar, rehydrated it, and it looks AMAZING!! Joshua also cleaned my aggregate front side walk and would not let me pay him for the work, demonstrating his "over-the-top" customer service!! 
Joshua possesses an impressive knowledge about the nature of cedar and the care it needs.  His company offers a service uniquely theirs.  In addition to the fine quality work Joshua demonstrated today, I was equally impressed with the operation of his office, which is managed by his wife, Abbie.  Within two hours of contacting Veterans Roof Treatment, I had an estimate in hand for the work and an appointment scheduled. I even received a reminder email.  Abbie's use of technology -- email, photography, electronic scheduling - really enhances efficiency!!
Initially, I had lots of questions and Joshua or Abbie patiently answered every single one.  We intend to have Veterans Roof Treatment back after the "re-do" is done to restore our porch and deck. If there were a grade higher than an A on Angie's List, Joshua  deserves it!!   I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, WITHOUT RESERVATION,  VETERANS ROOF TREATMENT!! Joshua and I corresponded through Angie's List. My husband and I were so impressed with his professionalism and efficiency. From first contact to date of service, his turn-around time and correspondence was quick and very open. He came to the home on the day of service, confirmed the previously agreed-to cost of service, power-washed the entire home, came back to me to receive payment and give me a copy of the invoice. We fully intend to refer him to everyone we know and we will use his company in the future! He made the process of getting our home power-washed simple and our home looks better than the day we bought it! Thrilled.

Josh and Abbie did a fantastic job! They were punctual, very courteous, and explained everything that they performed in detail. They took good care of our roof (avoiding damage to shingles) as well as to our house and the rest of our property. They were efficient and hard-working and finished ahead of schedule. The entire roof looks wonderful, better than expected. And the cost was much lower (70% less) than other comparable estimates, plus 1/10th the cost of roof replacement. Recommend without reservation!
