We have completed hundreds of bathroom and kitchen renovations, and we strive to exceed client expectations. Better Bathrooms & Kitchens is an active member of the Home Builders Associations of Roanoke and the New River Valley, as well as the New River Valley Association of Realtors. We ensure we are up to date on the latest trends and support our industry in an effort to better serve our clients. Each project begins with our designer visiting your home to take accurate dimensions and to get a detailed description of your renovation or remodeling wishes. Together, you will create a design, prepare a detailed estimate, and schedule a date for your project. Our initial measurements are entered into a computer program to produce floor plans and a 3-D drawing to help you visualize what your new kitchen or bathroom will look like. The design will be improved until you are completely satisfied. Additional service areas: entire area of Roanoke, Blacksburg, Lynchburg, and anywhere else that is within an hour's drive of the Roanoke Valley. We also offer up to 48 mos. interest free financing for those that qualify.

"Better Home Improvements is always committed to their customers. We have addressed [Member Name Removed]'s concerns, have given a full refund, covered the cost of the fireplace insert, and provided a week of work with no charge."
"Thank you so much for trusting us with your project. You guys were awesome to work with. Tracy"
"We appreciate you guys. It was a pleasure to work for you. Tracy"
It went wonderful. Steve, our worker, did an outstanding job! He had the bathroom gutted in one day and this involved taking out an old 1957 bathtub. He made sure everything went well and worked extremely hard to please. Our bathroom is absolutely beautiful and we are pleased with the work Steve did on it. Everything is absolutely wonderful about it - the vanity, floor, glass shower doors, mirror...everything!! We would use this company again without any hesitation!
Removed tiles, tub, flooring, toilet and vanity in main bathroom. Replaced the tub and tiles with a new liner and ceiling plate along with safety grab bars, vinyl molding around window and corner shelves. Installed new vanity, counter top, vinyl flooring, hardware, lights, mirror, toilet, new plumbing where needed and painted the walls and ceiling in the remainder of the bathroom.
In the master bathroom, same thing, removed the tiles, flooring, toilet and vanity. Installed a new shower liner and ceiling plate, bench, safety grab bars, vinyl flooring, toilet, vanity and top, new plumbing, lights, mirror, exhaust fan, and painted the walls and ceiling.
The job started within a week of the estimated date and completed in the time frame promised. There were a few things that popped up during the job that were handled quickly and satisfactorily. The office was quick to get back to us when we had questions or concerns.
The installer, Steve, did an awesome job and obviously takes great pride in his work. We were very happy with the outcome of the job.
The only negative thing I can say is that they usually did not arrive until very late morning due to having to wait at their warehouse for parts. This meant they stayed until at least 7pm every night, usually without a break, which was later then we would have liked. I would suggest to their management that they should consider having another person(s) to get the needed parts ahead of time instead of wasting the time of the installers. I felt they were very rushed, but they did do a great job.
"Good afternoon, I would like to thank the [Member Name Removed]'s for posting their review. They were a delight to work for and we truly do appreciate clients like them. Both bathrooms turned out beautifully and it is true we would like to be on the job sooner in the mornings. And finish up the days work closer to five o'clock. The fact that they live about 45 minutes from our warehouse made this a little more challenging. We try very hard to stand behind the schedule we promise on jobs and this is an ongoing challenge daily. I wish I had 100 more clients just like the [Member Name Removed]. They were a joy to work for. Sincerely, Tracy White, Owner, Better Bathrooms and Kitchens"
