My first impression was that the shop was clean, orderly, and professionally run. The guys in the shop were in their 20's and up on the latest technology. They were courteous and professional, and after verifying that the drive was bad they quoted me a price of around $246 to put in a new 1 Tb hard drive, re-install Windows 10 and recover what data they could from the old drive. They had to order the drive, which took a few days, but when it came in they did the work in a few days (a reasonable time, I thought) and returned it. I held my breath for the invoice when I picked it up, but was pleasantly surprised that they stuck to the original $246 quote exactly. They told me they don't like to surprise customers with extra fees. I'm sure they would have called me first if something came up requiring more money. I'm typing this on the same computer just after picking it up - that's how impressed I am!

Every interaction I had, whether by phone or in person, was pleasant and professional. The least expensive options were presented to me first, which I greatly appreciated. Since the computer was borrowed, I opted for the costlier fix, but the overall price was still reasonable. Also, the computer was repaired quickly.

My tablet quit charging because the USB connector was loose inside the tablet and not charging. computer exchange rep explained that to fix it would cost more than buying the device again. seemed very honest with me.

I've bought my last three computers from this company. It always goes well. They set up my computer and transfer all my files. It's a good, reliable service.
Their prices seem high, but the service makes it worth it.
